How the demo works

Pick a scenario and speak through your browser microphone, or type if you prefer. Each demo call lasts three minutes and needs no signup. The receptionist identifies itself as a virtual assistant and says the call is recorded before the conversation starts.

Play the caller using fictional details. Ask about the property on a yard sign, request a Saturday showing or change the question partway through. Listen for the information the receptionist collects and how it handles a question for the agent.

When the conversation ends, inspect the owner's result. Read the summary and compare it with what you said. Use the call handling overview to see how the same process fits your business number.

What the owner receives

The owner receives a summary and urgency tag, with a transcript and recording to inspect the conversation. Read the summary first: it should tell you who called, which property they meant and what they want next.

For a booking scenario, check the appointment details. For an urgent handoff, look for the transfer or page outcome under the fictional business's instructions. Compare the result with the caller's request to decide whether it gives enough context for an agent to act.

In your own account, call alerts arrive by email and app push notification, with a daily digest email too. You can review calls in the dashboard rather than relying on a note from memory. The demo shows what you can inspect during your own free trial.

Set it up for your business

Enter your business name and website to try a receptionist using your own business information. This personalized version needs your email. The AI reads your site so you can hear how it handles questions about your business rather than the fictional demo company.

Call it with a situation you recognize, such as a sign inquiry or a request to speak with the agent. Check which details need clarification before using it with real callers.

For live coverage, request a free trial; we email your sign-in link when ready so you can complete the onboarding chat. You can give the receptionist your hours, services, appointment instructions and urgent contact order, then test a call before forwarding goes live.

Your public website is read once to set up a short demo call as your business. One demo per email per day.

Privacy

Demo conversations are with an AI assistant. Calls are recorded and transcribed to show the result. Use fictional names, addresses and contact details, and keep sensitive personal or client information out of your test.

Quick answers

Do I need an account to try a demo call?

The fictional browser scenarios need no signup. Choose a call, allow your microphone or type, and try the conversation. If you want to personalize the receptionist with your business name and website, you will need to provide your email for that version.

How does this demo show what an AI receptionist does?

You take the caller's role while the receptionist answers using the fictional business's information and instructions. Ask a question, respond to its intake questions and inspect the result. You can hear its disclosure and review whether the message contains the details an agent would need.

Can I test a question the receptionist cannot answer?

Yes. Ask something outside the fictional business's information, such as a request for an agent's valuation opinion. Listen for how it takes the question for a callback. Then check the transcript and summary to see whether your request reaches the owner clearly.

Will the demo record what I say?

Yes. Demo calls are recorded and transcribed so you can inspect the result after the conversation. The receptionist announces that it is a virtual assistant and that recording is taking place. Use made-up details and avoid sharing private information about yourself or your clients.

Can I try Spanish during a demo call?

Yes. The receptionist speaks English and Spanish and supports switching languages during a conversation. Try asking about a showing in Spanish, then switch to English for your next question. Review the resulting message to judge the conversation before testing your own business setup.
